At Zenvigour, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you're not entirely pleased with your purchase, we're here to help with returns and exchanges, adhering to the following conditions:

Returns & Exchanges Conditions:

a. Item Condition: Items must be returned in new condition: unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and with all original labels attached and original packaging. If these conditions are not met, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees (including order and logistics fees), and no refund will be issued.

b. Time Frame: You have 7 days from receipt of your order to submit a return or exchange request. Please note that overdue requests may not be accepted.

c. Shipping Costs: We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for returned packages. Returns due to personal reasons are at your expense. Conversely, if the return is due to our error, we will cover the shipping costs.

d. Notification Requirement: Directly returned items without prior notification to us will not be accepted.

How to Return or Exchange Your Order:

  1. Initiate the Process: Contact our customer service at support@zenvigour.com with your order number and reason for return to obtain return authorization and the return address.

  2. Follow Instructions: Upon receiving your exchange/return request, our customer service will email you detailed instructions. Please follow these to proceed with your exchange or return.

Order Cancellation:

  • To cancel an order, please send a cancellation request to support@ zenvigour.com.
  • For cancellations after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a partial refund will be issued after deducting a 15% cancellation fee.
  • We cannot accept cancellation requests for orders that have already been shipped.

Refunds:

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we'll notify you of your refund's approval or rejection via email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Haven't Received Your Refund?

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There's often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you've done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@ zenvigour.com.

Please note, items should not be sent directly back to the address on the parcel as it may be a carrier's transit warehouse, which is incorrect.
