Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is lost or stolen, or if it was marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us at support@zenvigour.com within 10 days to file a claim. We will guide you through the claims process with the carrier, which can take up to 30 days to complete. Please note: Zenvigour is not responsible for packages reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages confirmed as delivered.

Out of Stock Items: If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) is out of stock, we will proceed to ship the rest of your order. We will inform you about the next steps for any out-of-stock items via email.
